The Portico Apartments are located a block away from Harbor View Hospital, a few blocks from Seattle U and close to where Boren and Broadway intersect. This building was built in 2001 and has various floor plans from 2 bed/2bath to studios. All units have their own laundry stack as well as a dishwasher.

Unit 402 is situated on the South side of the building and receives great natural light. It has vinyl plank flooring throughout, an in-unit washer/dryer as well as a small private balcony.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
