The Chelan apartments were built in 1930 and still retain much of the old world charm from its past. Enjoy a plethora of nearby restaurants and shops as well as the events and activities at the Seattle Center. There is a beautiful courtyard behind the building that tenants enjoy during summer months.

Unit 102 is situated on the Northwest corner of the building and receives wonderful natural light during the day. The eat-in nook off the kitchen ads a certain amount of charm for the era when it was built. This 1 bedroom apartment is being offered on an 12 month term Lease with a 4 week rent concession. There is a $75 monthly utility fee for water/sewer/garbage.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and cats and small dogs are welcome.
