The Bronz was built in 1910 but has updated over the years yet retains much of its old-world charm. The property is located just east of Eastlake Ave on the corner of E Boston and Franklin Ave E. Unit 12 is a cozy basement studio. There is a $75 monthly utility for w/s/g.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
